Do you think art workshops are for artists? Not this one. This workshop is for spiritual seekers who want to discover a fun way of delving deeper into themselves. It’s an opportunity to use your hands and some colours. Experience how art can help you in your spiritual journey.

Swami Kriyananda says, creativity means cooperating with grace, opening ourselves to God, and letting him flow through us. And more than techniques or experiences, one of the secrets of creativity is to live in the moment, and the work of the moment.

Come and experience simple art exercises, interspersed with chanting, brief meditation and inspiration. Play with colours, lines and shapes, open your heart and express the higher inspiration that comes to you.

What to Bring:

  • Come in casual clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
  • An apron, if you have one.
  • And your enthusiasm!

Who can attend:

All are welcome. No painting experience is required. (In fact, we will not even use a paintbrush!)

Minimum age: 18 years old

Registration:

Registration Fee: Rs.500 (Pre-registration appreciated.)

Think of yourself as simply a channel for whatever is being expressed through you.
