Kriya Yoga is an ancient science which was given by Sri Krishna to Arjuna on the battle field of Kurukshetra. It is referred in the Bhagavad Gita by Sri Krishna as “Offering the inhaling breath into the outgoing breath and offering the outgoing breath into the inhaling breath”.

It helps to neutralise the emotional reactive process to a state of inner balance. Kriya Yoga technique helps you to control the mind through the life force and is the most efficient and scientific technique to Self-realization.
