The pandemic has prompted the world to seek answers to questions which it has never asked before. While the world is just beginning to ask these questions, I and others who are living the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, already knew the answers. (Of course, questions like “Will there be another lockdown?” or “When can I get the vaccine?” are exceptions)
I realise now, more than ever, how comprehensive the path of Kriya Yoga given by Paramhansa Yogananda is. Be it individual healing or uplifting the planet’s consciousness; mental health or physical health, staying strong, finding your purpose in life, simple living, and high thinking – every aspect of life is covered in his teachings.
“The KRIYA YOGA which I am giving to the world through you in this nineteenth century,” Babaji told Lahiri Mahasaya, “is a revival of the same science which Krishna gave, millenniums ago, to Arjuna, and which was later known to Patanjali, and to Christ, St. John, St. Paul, and other disciples.” – Autobiography of Yogi
It is remarkable that in a world that is always hurtling forward in a feverish pace of change, where practices, technologies, and things become obsolete every day, millenniums have been powerless to outmode the science of Kriya Yoga.
I am sharing this to inspire you to stop looking up the internet for answers and to turn within yourself, to learn and practice the art and science of Kriya Yoga, to experience inner peace and harmony, and learn to lead a spiritually balanced life.
I am sharing this to inspire you to stop searching and start seeking.
Aum Guru.
