It’s generally understood that music can have a powerful effect on mood and energy. It’s less well known that positive and uplifting music can affect consciousness itself in positive and uplifting ways. In this workshop, we will first experience simple ways we can use to uplift our consciousness. We will then explore the role of chanting – how we should chant, how we can use it in our own spiritual practice to deepen our devotion, and more.

No prior music experience is required. All are welcome.
