Kriya Yoga is an ancient meditation technique, mentioned by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras and by Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita.
The practice of Kriya Yoga changes a person from inside. It then changes the way one sees his life. Kriya Yoga starts as a meditation technique but it really ends up being a whole way of life. The Kriya technique was hidden in secrecy for many centuries, until it was revived in 1861. Paramhansa Yogananda then popularized Kriya Yoga through his book, Autobiography of a Yogi, and through his public teaching in the West.
Learn the power of Kriya Yoga from Asha Nayaswami, who speaks from her own experience of practicing Kriya Yoga for 50 years. Asha is a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda, and has devoted her life to practicing and sharing the teachings of Self-Realization.

Launch of her NEW BOOK
In the early 1970s, Swami Kriyananda, a direct disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda and founder of Ananda Sangha, asked Asha to start taking notes for the book she would someday write about him. For 44 years she was in constant contact with him as devotee, friend, personal assistant, and eventually spiritual leader in her own right.
This is a first-hand account of life with a great spiritual teacher, one who came not to show the world how great he is, but to awaken in everyone faith in their own spiritual potential.
