As we get ready for Diwali by cleaning our homes and getting rid of old items, let us do the same with our inner self. In the stillness of silence, cast away all mental baggage and purify ourselves inwardly. This is also a great opportunity to take advantage of group sadhana.

Yoganandaji says, “Meditating together increases the degree of Self-realization of each member of the group, by the law of invisible vibratory exchange of spiritual magnetism.”

Let us come together and dive deep into the stillness.

9:00 am: Energisation Exercises

9:20 am: Chanting

9:40 am: (Doors will close, no entry to the temple thereafter.)

9:45 am: Group Sadhana (including recording /reading)

11:00 am: Fire Ceremony and Mantras (in temple)

11:15 am: Inspiration

11:25 am: Prayers (Remain in silence for 10 minutes at the conclusion of retreat)
