Mahatma Gandhi sets an example of simple living and high thinking. Paramhansa Yogananda, who initiated Gandhi into Kriya Yoga, also said, “Simplicity of living plus high thinking lead to the greatest happiness.” This is among the highest teachings of the masters of India.

Join this holiday morning retreat to explore new ways of taking this ideal to our own daily life. The retreat includes Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energisation Exercises, Ananda Yoga, pranayama, chanting, meditation, followed by a class on “Simple Living and High Thinking”.
