Join us for Sunday Morning Silent Retreat to celebrate, in the stillness, the birth of Lord Rama, the seventh avatar of Vishnu. As a group, we will to tune in to the divine qualities that Lord Rama represents and brought to the world. We will have chanting, a long silent meditation and havan.

Please let’s all maintain silence for 10 minutes at conclusion of retreat (while enjoying tea/biscuits).
