At the beginning of the year, we set our goals. Having good intentions, however, is not enough. Success depends on the amount of energy we bring to bear on what we do. Learn how to strengthen your will power, and practice various tools and techniques for this end.

The retreat includes Energization Exercises, Ananda Yoga, meditation, inspirational talk and some reflection.
