“I welcome everything that comes to me as an opportunity for further growth.”
“As I learn the lessons that life teaches me, I grow toward ever-greater joy and freedom.”

—Swami Kriyananda

Paramhansa Yogananda observed, “The minutes are more important than the years.” But as the pace of life approaches the speed of light, we arrive at the end of each day too exhausted to reflect on what we have experienced and how much we have learned.

Lest life’s most precious moments and dearest friendships slip away unnoticed, let’s take some time before the year’s end to appreciate how much we have evolved and what treasures we have been given.
