Whether or not you are new to meditation, these lessons can help you establish and develop a deep, consistent practice and help awaken within the peace, joy, and divine love that are a part of your true nature. It's a blessing to be a part of Ananda Sangha. The meditation courses offered here are most organised, detailed and most importantly a combination of theory and practical teachings. Even though I took the classes online, this wasn't like other online meditation courses. All the teachers here are very energetic and eager to help at any point in time. You not only learn meditation but also get tools to sail through this life. I made lots of like-minded friends here. I highly recommend this course to anyone and everyone.
