Ananda Yoga – “Deepening Pranayama”
7:00 – 8:00 am

Start your day fresh by drawing abundant Cosmic Energy – lifeforce, or prana – into your body.

This session will emphasize on breathing exercises. (It will also include some warm-ups, yoga postures and a short meditation.)

Experience how simple breathing exercises can help you stay cool and calm.

Ananda Yoga – “Relax and Rejoice”
6:15 – 7:30 pm

The ancient science of yoga stresses the upward flow of energy, and physical, mental and emotional relaxation is the key to achieve that state.

Refine your relaxation skills with Ananda Yoga, and allow your energy to flow upward, abundantly and harmoniously. When you are truly relaxed and your energy is directed inward and upward, you will be able to experience your soul nature – who you really are – and will come out of the practice with joy.

This session will include warm-ups, pranayama, yoga postures and deep relaxation.

Guided Meditation
7:30 – 7:50 pm

With your body and mind perfectly relaxed with Ananda Yoga, meditation will help you experience peace, calmness and joy within you. We will guide you with simple techniques of relaxation, concentration and expansion, based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda. Beginners are welcome.

Summer Solstice Kirtan
8:00 – 9:00 pm

This day falls upon summer solstice, the longest day in the northern hemisphere, the day when the sun is at its highest point in the sky for the year. It is a day that has been celebrated since ancient times.

The summer solstice marks a time of celebration, of honouring light, and our connection to the sun, the nature, and the light that shines within us.

Join us for a joyful evening of chanting to celebrate this auspicious day.
