"Intellect: A Double-Edged Sword"

Inspirational Satsang with
Vasudha Bajoria & Tyagi Shivendra

Sunday, 1 March, 10:00 - 11:00 am (In-Person & Online)

“Keen intelligence is two-edged,” Swami Sri Yukteswar said. “It may be used constructively or destructively like a knife, either to cut the boil of ignorance, or to decapitate oneself. Intelligence is rightly guided only after the mind has acknowledged the inescapability of spiritual law.”

Endlessly thinking, endlessly quoting, endlessly debating the fine points of Scripture – such mental vagrancy is for pedestrian minds. Sri Krishna, in the Bhagavad Gita, urges us to fix our minds in one-pointed aspiration on the Lord. Only thus will our discrimination, like an arrow sped from a bow, fly straight into the heart of Infinity.
