professional about their stress.
Well, you don’t have to allow stress to take control of your life. If you have stress in your life, meditation can be an immense help to you. Stress training is common today; everyone from fortune 500 companies to the military recognizes how important it is to give people tools to deal with this potential killer. But, most stress training simply helps people relax.

Pankaj has been associated with Ananda Sangha since August 2004. He has been teaching various classes including Kriya Meditation – Basic Course and the Art and Science of Raja Yoga – for last 10 years. He helped start the west Delhi centre and was leader for 3 years. Serving and sharing Master’s teaching are his passions. Pankaj currently teaches life skills to corporate clients.
