“Towards Freedom” – Spiritual Sundays for Children (for ages 5-10 years old) (In-Person Only)

Spiritual Sundays for Children aims to redirect children’s boundless energy inward. In this session, children will learn how to be self-reliant and empower themselves by directing their energies inwardly.

Various fun and creative activities will guide your children to important principles and values in life: truth, love, kindness, willpower, courage, and positivity, and help them lift their consciousness. These can give deeper meaning to their lives and equip your children with essential life skills.

🧘‍♂️ This session will include prayer, Superconscious Living Exercises, chanting, pranayama, yoga postures, story & talk time, and drawing activity. 💫
