“Heaven on Earth” – Spiritual Sundays for Children (for ages 5-10 years old)

Spiritual Sundays for Children aims to redirect the boundless energies of children inwardly. In this session, children will learn how to be self-reliant and empower themselves by directing their energies inwardly.

Various fun and creative activities will guide your children to important principles and values in life: truth, love, kindness, willpower, courage, and positivity, and help them lift their consciousness. These can give deeper meaning to their lives and equip your children with essential life skills.

This session will include prayer, yoga, chanting, meditation, visualisation, talk, connecting with nature, and planting saplings.
