Each one of us is, certainly, a manifestation of the infinite Spirit. The job of the devotee is to recognize that true reality beneath the outer duality of separateness and constant change. That can be done, as Swami Kriyananda said, by longer, deeper meditation and seeing God as the doer in everything one does. Playing our role like this in the cosmic drama, the little wave of our consciousness can merge into the infinite ocean of God’s awareness.
