In today’s fast-paced and over-stimulated culture, more and more yoga students and teachers are turning toward a calming, slowing, and introspective yoga practice. Restorative yoga is the answer! Restorative Yoga is a practice of active relaxation and helps you release physical, mental and emotional tension, while in the pose. All the props — blankets, pillows, and cushions — help you feel safe and nurtured.

In this class we will use the relaxing postures to awaken the positive qualities of the Manipur and Agya chakras supported by visualization, affirmation, music, and meditation.

You will leave this session feeling restored, uplifted and refreshed! Come in comfortable clothes.
