Restorative Yoga
Thursdays, 14, 21 & 28 March: Restorative Yoga, 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (In-Person)

Enjoy a deeply relaxing series of poses done on the floor with the entire body supported by blankets and no effort involved.

In today’s fast-paced and overstimulated culture, more and more yoga students and teachers are adopting a calming, slowing, and introspective yoga practice. Restorative yoga is the answer! Restorative Yoga is a practice of active relaxation that helps you release physical, mental, and emotional tension, while in the pose. All the props — blankets, pillows, and cushions — help you feel safe and nurtured.

You will leave this session feeling restored, uplifted, and refreshed! Come in comfortable clothes.
