Restorative Ananda Yoga

In today’s fast-paced and over-stimulated culture, more and more yoga students and teachers are turning toward a calming, slowing, and introspective yoga practice. Restorative yoga is the answer! Restorative Yoga is a practice of active relaxation and helps you release physical, mental, and emotional tension, while in the pose. All the props — blankets, pillows, and cushions — help you feel safe and nurtured.
