The highlight of Ananda’s Christmas tradition – Eight-hour Meditation – is right around the corner, on Sunday, 19 December!

It is not too late to start preparing your body so that you can sit comfortably for many hours, undistracted by physical tension, and stay deeply immersed in Christ’s blessings.

In this session, you will learn and practice simple yet effective stretches that will help relax your body, increase your breathing capacity, and keep your energy high throughout long meditation.

  • We provide yoga mats. However, if you want to bring your own mat, you are welcome to do so.
  • This session is offered only in person. There will be no recording.

About the Teacher:

Jeetindar Kaur is an advanced Ananda Yoga trainer, photographer and psychologist. She is known for her dynamic sessions to serve with the power of mindful self-experience. The combination of Kriya, ananda yoga, pranayama, mudra and meditation has allowed her to finally become still and tune into that inner knowing.
