"God has sent you to me, and I shall never fail you. Even when I am gone, my help will always be given to devotees all over the world, if they keep in tune. Never think for a moment that when I am physically absent from you all, I am not otherwise with you." Paramhansa Yogananda

Join us to celebrate our Guru’s birth anniversary with long meditations, devotional chanting, and heartfelt prayer interspersed with stories and recordings of his voice.

Born Mukunda Lal Ghosh in January 1893, Yogananda was the first yoga master of India to take permanent residence in the West. Through his books, teachings, and practices of meditation and yoga, he helped to usher in a profound wave of awareness of Self-realization through the ancient practice of Kriya Yoga.

Mahavatar Babaji, in constant communion with Christ, chose Paramhansa Yogananda as the “spiritual engine” that will draw many souls toward God and unite East and West to achieve a golden middle path of activity and spirituality.

On his birth anniversary, let us offer our deepest gratitude at his feet for all the gifts he has given us, and above all, for his unconditional love and constant guidance in our lives.
