Brahmachari Gaurav has been practicing Paramhansa Yogananda's teachings from an early age. He met Swami Kriyananda (a direct disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda) in 2004 and for almost ten years was fortunate to live close to him. He is a graduate in business administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management (Pune) and for seven years helped with the general management of Ananda Sangha India Trust. Gaurav enjoys being able to share with others and regularly offers programs on meditation, holistic wellbeing and a positive yogic lifestyle with truth-seekers, students and business leaders around India, Singapore and China.
