Guiding Children Toward Healthy Eating

Sunday, 17 May, 5:00 - 6:30 pm (Online Only)

Guiding Children Toward Healthy Eating

Food shapes not only the body, but also the mind, emotions, energy, and consciousness. In this class, we will explore how to help children develop a natural, joyful, and balanced relationship with food — one based on awareness rather than pressure or control.

Drawing from both modern understanding and timeless spiritual wisdom, we will discuss the changing needs of the growing body, the effects of food on the mind and nervous system, and the role of the dopamine reward cycle in modern eating habits. We will also explore how the home environment, our own attitudes toward food, and the state of mind while eating deeply influence children.

Topics include:

  • Food and consciousness
  • The body’s changing needs
  • Food and the dopamine reward cycle
  • Creating a healthy home environment
  • Developing a positive relationship with food
  • Attitude and awareness while eating
  • Food according to prakriti and the body’s innate intelligence
  • Helping children choose healthy naturally
  • Proper eatenerism
  • Q&A and discussion

This session is open for all parents, caregivers, and anyone interested in nurturing healthier and more conscious habits in children. Together let’s learn how to create a healthier lifetstyle for our children.
