Our exploration of the chakras comes to the 6th and final destination – Ajna Chakra, also known as the Spiritual Eye, or the Kutastha Chaitanya. Join us to practice yoga postures and pranayama that help transcend ego-consciousness and bring more energy to this center of divine joy and soul-consciousness.
