Deepening Hong-Sau: 2-Hour Guided Hong-Sau Meditation with Tyagi Daya (In-Person & Online)

As a young boy, Paramhansa Yogananda practiced the Hong-Sau technique for seven hours at a time, going into breathless ecstasy. He also said that to become a master in this life, one should practice it for two hours every day. We may not be there yet, but have we put enough effort into deepening our Hong-Sau practice since we learned it? Join Tyagi Daya to refresh and re-inspire your practice and dive deep into Hong-Sau. Prerequisite: Learn to Meditate (Level 1).
