Our emotions do not represent us as we really are, in our souls. The soul is ever-loving and ever filled with joy. Emotions, however, cloud that reality. Our health is much affected by how we emotionally react to situations, be they daily frustrations or more serious crises and challenges. Uncontrolled emotions not only affects our physical health but also disturb our mental peace and our relationships.
