Babaji Commemoration Day

3-Hour Silent Meditation

Saturday, 25 July, 5:00 - 8:00 pm (In-Person & Online)

The soul loves to meditate, for in contact with the Spirit lies its greatest joy. If, then, you experience mental resistance during meditation, remember that reluctance to meditate comes from the ego; it doesn’t belong to the soul.Paramhansa Yogananda
People Meditating Level 1

Approximately on 25 July 1920, Mahavatar Babaji appeared to Yogananda at his home on Garpar Road in Kolkata and told him to spread Kriya Yoga worldwide. With our hearts’ deepest gratitude and devotion, let us dedicate the evening to the deathless master. Our Guru said, “The longer and more deeply you meditate, the more you will be conscious of the ever-increasing joy in your heart.”

Longer meditations offer us the chance to step away from daily busyness and rest in the quiet center of our being—where peace, clarity, and joy naturally arise. Let’s come together in silence to support one another in going deeper within.

Join for the entire session or as long as you can. Each moment spent in stillness brings us closer to our highest Self.
