International Day of Yoga is just around the corner, Monday, 21 June. This year’s theme is “Yoga at home and Yoga with Family”.

Join All-Day Ananda Yoga from home, with your family, and experience the breadth and depth of Ananda Yoga, also called Spiritual Yoga.

Ananda Yoga brings yoga back to its original spiritual essence. It combines the best of a revitalizing workout with a gentle inward approach that leaves you feeling mentally rejuvenated and peaceful.

There will be 9 sessions (30 minutes each) throughout the day.

10:00 – 10:30 Joyful Living with Yogic Lifestyle

11:00 – 11:30 Cultivating Inner Peace

1:00 – 1:30 Opening Your Heart

5:00 – 5:30 Ananda Yoga for the Chakras

7:00 – 7:30 Guided Meditation for Beginners
