"You may be surprised at what seclusion with God will do for your body, mind and soul. Through the portals of silence, the healing sun of wisdom and peace will shine upon you.” – Paramhansa Yogananda

Would you like to spend a day at Guru Prem in silence, with longer meditations and quiet time for yourself? Take a day out of your busy life to be completely in silence, meditating longer, reflecting on your life, focusing on your thoughts, ideas, creativity, and feelings—tapping into the part of you that gets lost in everyday busyness and routine.

The serene, uplifting vibration of the ashram and the group magnetism will take each of us deeper into communion with God in silence. Please register in advance.

Timetable (Tentative)

The retreat officially starts with an opening circle on Saturday morning, at 9:45 am, and we will observe silence during the day between an opening circle and the closing circle. If you are a Kriyaban, you can start your day by joining our weekly Guided Kriyaban Meditation at the centre from 7:10 – 9:30 am.

“Silent Time” and “Reflection Time” are the time periods when you can spend in solitude. You can do the suggested activities (we will share them with you before each period) or whatever you feel to do.
