The principle of ahimsa must be understood not only in outward, gross ways but also in subtle, inner ways. It is not so much what we do outwardly, as our inner attitudes of the heart. With yoga, meditation, chanting, and introspection, this retreat will help you to understand the subtle nuances of Ahimsa and how its practice can transform your life!

The retreat will include Energisation Exercises, Ananda Yoga, chanting, meditation, affirmation, healing prayers, insights/discussion on ahimsa, and time for introspection.
