A Variety of Classes on All Aspects of Spirituality

Kriya Yoga – Key to Inner Transformation
1:30 – 2:30 pm

Discover how this ancient meditation technique can help you develop greater inner calm, energy and awareness.

Kriya Yoga is an ancient meditation technique, mentioned by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras and by Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita. The practice of Kriya Yoga changes a person from the inside. It then changes the way one sees one’s life. Kriya Yoga starts as a meditation technique, but it really ends up being a whole way of life. Learn more about this how it really works.

Karma, Free Will & Destiny
1:30 – 2:30 pm

Understand how you can break free from karmic limitations using positive energy, willpower and scientific techniques of meditation.

Great saints have said that everything is ruled by karma, which operates by the law of cause and effect. Once you understand the laws of karma, you can take steps to change unhelpful thought patterns or behaviors that may keep you in a cycle of karma that you would like to change.

Magnetism: The Law of Abundance
2:45 – 3:45 pm

Explore how your thoughts, energy and habits influence the experiences you attract.

Everything that we are and experience: circumstances, relationships, the good and bad, are all a direct result of our magnetism. It’s not a mystical concept but a tangible force that can be consciously directed, attracting desired outcomes through focused intention and willpower. Learn the principles that govern your magnetism, and draw to yourself the transformation you seek.

Chakras: Doorways to Higher Consciousness
4:00 – 5:00 pm

Discover the subtle energies within you and how meditation can help you work with them.

Chakras are energy centers that exist within us that hold the key to increased mental and emotional wellness. Working with their energies is one of the most valuable life skills. The outer aspects of your life – who you are and what happens in your life – are the direct results of the energy pattern in your chakras. The more we tune in to the chakras in meditation and daily life, the more they work for and with us.

Intuition: Your Hidden Superpower
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Learn how to develop your inner guidance and make clearer decisions.

True Intuition is soul guidance that is accessible to all of us, but we must learn to use and develop it. Intuition is not a vague feeling or an abstract guess; it is a human faculty essential for any spiritual seeker to cultivate and develop their inner understanding of life. For success in every area of your life, especially spiritual, you must learn to develop a deeper understanding of this superpower of your soul.
