These three sessions introduce the spiritual principles and practices that form the foundation of the path of Self-realization as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. Basic Course Level One is a complete teaching in itself as a foundation for a regular meditation practice.

This 3 class series will include:
– Learning and practicing a powerful concentration technique
– Pranayamas
– The basics of meditation
– Introduction to the Energization Exercises – a unique set of exercises – that will help add energy into the body and also harmonize the energy within you.
– Practical tips on how to deepen your meditation

 3 classes, Sundays 13th, 20th and 27th January 2019.

Time: 9:00 am – 11:30 am

Registration fee for the 3 days (7.5 hours) is Rs. 1,500/- includes workshops and course materials.

For those coming for the first time and interested in the sacred Kriya Yoga technique extolled in Yogananda’s Autobiography of a Yogi, this class serves as the first class in a series of classes that culminate in Kriya Yoga Diksha. Both types of seekers – those who want to receive Kriya Yoga Diksha and those who only wish to know more about how to actually meditate – will benefit from this class and learn how to meditate effectively.

And those of you who have already embarked upon this journey, with the various levels of the classes with us in the past, you will be able to recharge and reinvigorate your practice and move to the next level.

We would also request you to inform your family and friends to join in, those that you feel would be interested in and benefit from meditation and Kriya Yoga.
